What happens when you take a leap into the unknown? Can you dare to follow your heart’s desires?
Trust… and the rest follows
Many people said I was crazy to leave my life, my home, and jump into a country I've never been to. But I just knew it would work out. Like knew on a really deep level.
And everything has panned out in ways that are more miraculous than anything I could have imagined or planned for that matter.
How is this so? From having a luxury cabin waiting for us on the ferry (I didn't book it!) , to finding a true home within 3 weeks - with friends for all of us and a village to raise our child - the miracles just keep on coming...
How did this come about?
I followed the energy. And I asked... the universe? No. Something else.
I asked, no, I demanded of me that my life be bigger and MORE. And I chose to trust me and my own knowing.
So much magic unfolds in every second when you let go of what your life should look like. Let Earth look after you. Let go of all your plans and jump to what brings you joy.
I could not have imagined how much magic awaited me when I stood on the edge of my life, waiting to jump into the unknown, which meant leaving my house before the sale had completed, asking for money to show up effortlessly (it did) and diving into a strange land which was new to me - Montenegro.
Has it been easy? Well if it was going to be easy I’d have done it years ago!
I have had to let go of controlling every little aspect of my life. I have had to open myself to pain, struggle and discomfort. And have I grown? You bet I have! I’m a better person, a better mother, a better facilitator and change agent. And none of this is through effort - just a willingness to commit to me 100% and truly begin living.
Nothing stands in your way
We want guarantees, we want to know before we choose whether we will be successful. But what if success is irrelevant? Perhaps you are a process uncovering more and more of the vastness of your being in each moment and with each choice? What if you can’t ‘get it wrong’? You can only become more.
Whatever you're toying with, whatever dreams you've put aside - know that you can choose them now. There's nothing stopping you but stories - your dreams are there for a reason. And it’s the most sacred of reasons.
